About Me
My name is Leticia but you could call me Letty. I am the person I am today because of the people I grew up with and the experiences I experienced. To start off with I grew up with 5 brothers and although it was not easy living in a full house dealing with many personalities, I would not trade it for the world. My brothers drive me insane but I love them. They taught me how to defend myself and most important of all they taught me how to care. I didn't always have 5 brothers for 7 years I only had 4. I was the youngest and only girl out of 5 kids, and when I was 7 I wanted a baby sister so I asked my parents for a little sister but of course I got a little brother and at first i didn't want him because he was a boy but then I met him, as soon as I saw his face I instantly fell in love with him. I helped my mom with everything but one day I was playing with my older brother in his room and I saw red lights flashing in the front yard. I look outside and I saw an ambulance so I went running out and I saw my mom crying, I saw my little brother at the hands of a parametric. I turned out that my little brother was choking on his milk he spent 2 weeks in the NICU. I remember being there for my mom holding her hand, that experience made me the caring person I am today. Today I continue to care for the ones around me. But being caring is not all that I am. I also love to dance, I could dance the night away if I had the time to do it. Dancing make me happy, it unwinds me and makes me feel whole. I also love my job and my coworkers, they are my second family. Not only are they fun to be around but they also mentor me and they believe in me. My coworkers aren't the only reason why I love my job, but my job itself is so rewarding I watch hears for a living who wouldn't love that. Not only do I watch hearts but I also translate for the doctors from time to time. Working as a monitor tech has encouraged me to become a nurse which is currently my major. I am also a total tech geek everyone comes to me for their tech issues. My dad taught me everything I know about fixing technology. When I was younger my dad owned a tv repair shop and after school I would always go to his shop and shadow him. There is so much about me that is still undiscovered about me but as the time goes I will discover more and more about it.
